Registered website customers from countries where VAT is not applicable will not be charged VAT at the time of their order unless the order is being sent to a UK or EU address. Where is my order? I ordered on-line / by phone Orders are delivered typically 7-10 working days after being placed. You should have received a despatch email from us telling you what was being delivered. I ordered by post Orders received by post will take five days for your cheque to clear from our receipt of your order, and then a further 7-10 working days to deliver. If eight days have passed and you still have not received any communication from us (i.e. a despatch email), then please contact us immediately at veritech@email.com If your order has been despatched by Royal Mail (and this will be stated on your despatch confirmation email), your order cannot be tracked. Please allow 7 working days (14 working days for International Customers) before contacting us, as sometimes it will take a while for the Post Office to deliver, or indeed fail to deliver and return the item/s to us. I haven't received my order - what happens next? If you have not received your order please check the following. If your order was despatched by Royal Mail (this will be stated on your despatch confirmation email) and seven days have passed since the despatch date (14 days for international customers), then contact Customer Support on 02380 293887 and we will investigate immediately. If seven days have not passed, we will have no information from the Post Office, and therefore will not be able to locate your order as yet. 'Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect' If the item you received is damaged or incorrect please use the form to contact our Customer Support team within 30 days, quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. If the item you received is faulty, you have the right to return it within a reasonable period of time. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. As you are returning an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us (please enclose a copy of your postage receipt when you return the item, or fax it to us on 02380 000080, so that we know how much to refund you for your postage). Your original delivery charge will also be refunded if you are returning the whole order and you have requested a refund for the goods. Any items returned to us should include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging where possible. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
